  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 18:00 (6:00 PM) PST.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or high volume periods.

3. Shipping Costs

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • X Store is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. X Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mrfrazsultan@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a claim or replacement as appropriate.
