Returns and Refunds

At X Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Specific Item Return Terms: We do not offer refunds on customized or personalized items. These sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items (as noted above).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at mrfrazsultan@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. The timing of the refund appearing on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mrfrazsultan@gmail.com.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mrfrazsultan@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at our discretion.
