1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Our order cut-off time for same-day processing (if applicable) is 17:00 (5:00 PM) PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. Once processed, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
3. International Shipping
At this time, Zambeel does not offer international shipping.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and become active.
6. Taxes and Customs
Customers are responsible for any applicable state sales tax. These taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout where required by law. As we do not offer international shipping, customs duties and import taxes are not applicable.
7. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Zambeel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in this process.
